IOWA SNAPPER

The Iowa Snapper was named after the Iowa University Wrestling program because of its reputation for attacking an opponent's head. It provides about 75 Lbs of resistance, enabling wrestlers to increase their forearm and upper body wrapping power, which helps them dominate and tire out opponents when attacking the head.
